LEAD TIMES FOR PREORDERS

Raw materials are becoming problematic to procure. The factory has just informed us that they are now quoting lead times for production runs of up to 12 weeks. (Up from the previous three weeks). We apologize for any inconvenience and are reevaluating our production schedules to, hopefully, mitigate this issue.

CANADA POST STRIKE

Please note that our standard shipping rate for Canada is based on shipping via USPS/Canada Post. With the current Canada Post strike we are unable to ship at this rate. If you would like to place an order, please contact us for a quote using UPS. We anticipate this will be an additional charge of at least $5.00 USD - you will then have the choice of placing your order or not.

International Fees

Please note that all international fees, duty, VAT, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser. ParaGrafix does not collect or distribute any fees, duty, VAT, etc. for any international customers. (I.e. those customers not residing in the USA.)
